ORIENTAL & CUPPING

Similar to acupuncture without needles.  For treatment of muscular tension or complaints such as chest, digestive, menstrual pain and bed-wetting under the realm of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

TRANSVERSE FRICTION

A deep technique for the treatment of muscle adhesions and especially for treatment of ligaments.

STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT & CORRECTIONS

Utilising your own muscle energy to adjust skeletal joints such as spinal joint after muscle spasm like the chiro yet incredibly gentle.  Practicing the same technique as Musculoskeletal doctors.

ELECTROTHERAPIES

Electrical stimulation for analgesia strengthening of muscle re-education post injury or surgery.

JOINT MOBILISATION

Gentle oscillations of vertebral joints to improve flexibility of the spine whilst massaging very deep muscles of the spine.

STRETCHING

Stretching is essential for prevention and recovery from injury or to maintain healthy muscle tissue.  Specific stretches are prescribed for specific conditions.  E.g. Stretches for tight stiff neck and shoulder or commencing a fitness program.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves blood circulation, range of movement and muscular tension.

DRY NEEDLING

Inserting very thin needles into trigger points that are almost pain free yet more powerful, than trigger point therapy, giving amazing results.

Combines numerous massage techniques to enhance sports performance and improve recovery time from activities.  This is an effective component of any training program.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

A technique that can be applied gently or deep, working on connective tissue.  It gently mobilises vertebrae, heals body pain, improves breathing problems and releases stress.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

An extremely powerful deep tissue remedial technique.  It is capable of restoring limitations of movement healing back, leg and neck pain, headaches and jaw problems.
